Why We Bake
This started in a farmhouse kitchen, not a bakery — recipes that got handed down, adjusted, and handed down again. The kind you learn by watching, not from a card.
Baking was never really about the sugar. It was about having something warm to hand somebody when they needed it — a new neighbor, a rough week, a birthday nobody else remembered.
That's still how it works. Every order goes out the same way it always has: one batch, one kitchen, real ingredients, nothing shortcut. If it's not something we'd bring to our own table, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
made with love, always
